Return policy

For California:

Full refund:
– If you are not approved by the doctor.
– If you apply for a refund within 24 hours of your order.
– If you were mistakenly charged for 2 or more MMJ cards.
– If you have not received your Hard Copy (Paper Rec or Plastic Card) to your mailbox within 30 days of placing your order. As compensation, we can reissue the card and send it by express delivery to the confirmed shipping address or another address you provide us with.

No refund:
– Refunds are not available after 24 hours from the physician’s approval and email recommendation.

Please note that the refund process may take up to 7 days to be processed.

For all U.S. states (except California):

Full refund:
– If you are not approved by the doctor, we offer a full refund of your order.
– If you cancel your order/appointment before the doctor’s consultation, your deposit will be refunded.

No refund:
– We are unable to issue a refund after the consultation followed by the doctor’s approval.
